A conversation about blockade writing is necessary, if only to testify to the fact that already during the siege disaster there was a huge, multi-purpose and multi-genre work of literature to describe, realize and reflect the experience of the blockade. Reconstructing this work today, we turn to the task of creating a language that can be used to talk about the siege by those who did not survive it, but who are responsible for it and do not want it to be completely forgotten. Studying the work of the siege poets, we see that they searched for a language that would quench the pain of the victim of history and capture history, trying to reconcile these distant tasks.
